A Standard $100 compensation fee is charged for every hour of on-site visits if a commitment is not made for our services.

Networking is a complex field that consists of a variety of attributes. The pricing will vary depending on the circumstances and specific services requested. Often times, it is necessary to visit on site to take measurements and generate quotes. On-Site Visits have a minimum fee of $100.

Networking Services Offered: (Parts = P and Labour = L):

• Telecommunication Cable Runs (Exterior): $0.50 – 2 Per FT | P&L*
• Telecommunication Cable Runs (Interior): $0.25 – 2 Per FT | P&L*
• Telecommunication Cable Terminations: $0.5-2 Per | P&L
• Basic Network Rack/Wall Plan-out, Mounting, and initial configuration: $100/h** | L
• Basic Network Server Configuration (NVR, SMART HOME): $200-350 |P&L
• Advanced Network Server Configuration (UNIQUE SERVICE): Parts cost N/A, Labour costs standard $100 per hour.
• Software Services: $75-150 per hour depending on the expertise required. Labour cost only.

*Only a basic range: Interior and Exterior cable runs are subject to significant costs depending on where the consumer desires that cable to be run (Underground = Conduit) and other factors.
**Basic is defined by any networking solution that contains no more than 32 switching ports, 3 VLANS. Labour Prices are subject to change depending on environment involved.

Security Systems can generally be classified into a variety of sub-systems. Namely, an alarm sub-system and a camera sub-system.

Generally Speaking, most camera installations start from a minimum of $300 – 500 for Hardwired and a minimum of $400 – 500 for Wireless systems*. A variety of factors are used to calculate the estimated cost, including Square Footage, Consumer Preferences, Home Design, and More.

On the alarm system side, our systems generally start at a price of $500 for a basic panel configuration.

For your information, before any job is started, our technicians offer to develop a 3-Dimensional/2-Dimensional Model of your place of residence to help illustrate the camera viewing angles and coverage of a variety of security components. This model helps ensure consistency and accuracy in the deployment of your security system.**

The NVR we offer uses the latest A.I Technology developed by Google to provide you with a more secure and practical camera system. Our custom detection models are trained on countless hours of footage, images, and videos to bring to you a seamless experience with an impressively low false positive rate.

3 options are available to consumers who desire this NVR:

1: Operate Servers Locally (buy or rent equipment)

2: Rent computing resources from Tech-Spec’ data centre for a monthly fee (Discussed upon offer). This fee includes full management and updates.

3: Use 3rd party cloud/data-centres.

Entertainment systems are capable of becoming quite expensive depending on how intense and advanced the solution becomes.

For Tech-Spec Customers, Entertainment systems generally start at $500 for a basic 2.1 Audio System.*

We also install televisions with retractable mounts and a variety of other entertainment components.

*Prices increase significantly depending on the quality of sound desired.

Smart Home Systems are tailored systems and therefore require a significant amount of initial configuration.

Initial Deployment costs vary significantly depending on consumer preferences, requests, and the deployment environment.
